There are no order cancellations once the order is placed.  

FREE SHIPPING:

Free shipping on orders of $99.00 is only valid in the 48 contiguous states in the United
States only. Over sized/heavy items do not qualify for free shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES:

In stock items typically ship within four to five working days.
PVD ships within six weeks directly from the manufacturer.
Custom finishes will ship within four weeks. These are custom colors and are created once an item is ordered.

If you need a special finish rushed or a product, contact us to arrange for a different lead time.

These items will ship from our warehouse in Orange via UPS or Post Office.

SALES TAXES :

We only charge California state tax, which will be calculated at check out.  You will be responsible for sales taxes in your state.
